about harmonic acoustics

Harmonic Acoustics Consulting Ltd is an independent acoustic consultancy founded by Paul Hill MIOA. Paul has more than 18 years of consultancy experience across environmental, building, industrial and construction acoustics, having worked at every level from assistant consultant to director.

Paul began his career in engineering before specialising in acoustics, and that practical background still shapes the way Harmonic works. The focus is on understanding how buildings are put together, how people use them and how acoustic requirements can be turned into clear, buildable advice that suits the project.

Clients work directly with Paul throughout the commission. This gives continuity from brief and survey through to assessment, reporting and follow-up advice, with clear accountability at each stage.
